  • Agree on your goals and desired outcomes for the workshop

  • Tailor the program content and materials to ensure your ultimate success

  • Detailed Analysis
  • Your Senior Leadership Team's Style

    This analysis will show you and your team members who attend:

  • Which style your team leads with, which styles are active and which are inactive

  • How this mix will impact the quality of your team’s decision making

  • Among which team members conflict may arise and how to anticipate and reduce it.
